Annual Dues Overview
Annual HOA dues for Saddleback Mountain are $50 per property. Billing statements are sent in December and payment must be received or postmarked by January 31st of each year.

Late Payment Policy
Payments not received by January 31st will incur a $35 late fee plus 18% annual interest that accrues until the date of payment. Homes that are delinquent in payment may have a lien placed on the property.

How to pay your dues
Option 1: Pay online
Add the HOA dues to your cart and edit the details with the Saddleback Mountain HOA address.
**A convenience fee of $3.50 will be added per property for all online payments**

Print your invoice and mail a check to:
